Solving Business Challenges with SA360 A Spotlight on Seamless Search

Monika Mesnage is the latest addition to the DQ&A team in our London office. She joins as an Analytics Manager with over five years experience in Digital Operations and Analytics. We caught up with her to find out how she was doing, and why she chose to join DQ&A.

The Breadth of Experience

What I really enjoy about working in an agency is the breadth of experience. Be that a fashion retailer, an insurance company or a publisher: every market is different, and each business requires different support, which can be addressed by designing a bespoke measurement framework. Using these foundations, much like pieces of a puzzle, we build answers to business questions, and help improve performance.

At DQ&A, the breath of experience is not only the clients I work with, but also the business itself: I have exposure to various paid advertising teams, Tech Consultants joining information from different tools and Data Scientists building models with this information. These services help businesses impact the bottom line by leveraging internal data, and for me personally – it makes me a better rounded analyst.

Company Values

I went through a fully remote experience, from the interviews to the onboarding process. Every step of the way I felt motivated and fully supported, with the company representatives clearly demonstrating the core values of the business. DQ&A was fully transparent with the effects of COVID, as well as the forecasts and plans for the future depending on what happens with the market. To me, this spoke volumes – and encouraged me to take the risky decision of moving during these uncertain times.

Opportunities to Grow – professionally and personally

What was really valuable to me was seeing DQ&A’s approach to individual growth. The business fosters employee development and invests in one’s passions. I can get involved in one of multiple committees: environmental, diversity & equality, mental health and others. I can spend some time every year volunteering for a charity, and we are encouraged to take training courses. To me this shows that DQ&A’s values, (one of them being ‘Helping others succeed’) is not just for the employees, but is taken to heart by the company as well.

This means I can provide clients with updates as soon as they come out, share the invite-only content by Google and ensure that our client’s voices are heard while shaping the tools like Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360 or Data Studio. Having access to Sales Partner support means I can also answer questions faster – making my job easier!
