Why I Joined DQ&A Auction-Time Bidding in SA360

Greta Bezzini is the latest addition to the DQ&A team in our London office. She joins as a Programmatic Consultant with over a year of agency-side experience and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing. She was one of our new joiners who was fully onboarded remotely. After a few weeks with the team, we caught up with her to find out how she was doing, and why she chose to join DQ&A.

Core Values

When I read about DQ&A’s approach to digital marketing and tech, I knew that it was the place I wanted to work. Finding solutions that leverage the power of tech and the precision of data but also add a spark of creativity really mirrors my approach to digital marketing. Also, DQ&A’s decades of experience in the field and partnership with Google inspired me to apply to their vacancy as Programmatic Consultant. After talking to a few DQ&A team members, I was sure I could learn a lot from their experience while also bringing value to the company with the skills I acquired in my previous role. Finally, the four core values Dare to Lead, Earn Trust, Exceed Expectations, Help Other Succeed match up well with my own beliefs.

Changing Sides

Having worked agency-side at Dentsu Aegis Network for over a year, I am excited to explore another side of the industry and use what I have learned so far to help more clients and businesses succeed in their digital marketing endeavours. I knew that DQ&A’s focus on the Google Marketing Platform would allow me to develop my technical knowledge even further, while also allowing me to bring in my own expertise in campaign activation and management for advertisers and agencies.

A New Challenge

After managing programmatic display campaigns for some time, I was ready to take on a new challenge, moving away from direct in-platform implementation. What really motivates me about this role is the ability to empower a wide range of advertisers and agencies to take a lead on activation. From helping them navigate the Google Marketing Platform offering, to recommending best practices for programmatic advertising, this diverse role gives me the opportunity to assist clients in different digital maturity stages and guide them along their digital marketing development.

Remote Onboarding and First Weeks

I have really enjoyed my time at DQ&A so far. A special mention goes to all the amazing people that made my onboarding so smooth. From the purely logistic side of receiving all the IT material, to the warm welcome of the team, I can really say that the transition couldn’t have been handled better. My first weeks were extremely well structured, with introductions to all departments of DQ&A and Incubeta. This really helped me get a feel of the whole company even while working remotely. There is a lot to look forward to now, from leading client calls to finally meeting the full team in person whenever we go back to the office!
